Back around 1966, when I was in my late twenties, I was about to get into bed one night when, in the split of a second, I had, what I can only describe as an insight to the true understanding of life. I can remember saying to myself "so that is how it works". As quick as it came it went and I have never sensed that kind of experience since. I can live with that. I can also be optimistic that one day I will gsp the fuller meaning as to what it was I encountered all those years ago.
